Teg Malla is a serial social entrepreneur, deeply committed to creating positive and sustainable social impact.

With over 30 years of experience establishing and leading social enterprises, Teg has long been driven by a desire to challenge convention and create positive change. At the age of 21, she organised Nepal’s first fashion show in Kathmandu. Although the event faced considerable backlash in what was then a deeply conservative society, Teg remained undeterred, turning resistance into motivation and continuing to break barriers through entrepreneurship.

In the early 1990s, Teg’s pioneering efforts were honoured with the Best New Business Award by the King’s Trust, formerly known as the Prince’s Trust, in Scotland.
